elance changes its favicon.ico

Funny how sometimes even the smallest things can shock you (ie 16 x 16px).

The other day I was surfing around, usually with 15 tabs open on Chrome, and I was hunting to go back to elance.  I skimmed my bar 3 or 4 times and I couldn’t find the elance tab.

Low-and-behold they changed the graphic of their favicon.  I can’t say that it looks great – but it is different.
